Non-Surgical Decompression disc care
( Avoiding Spinal Surgery )
decomPression as an alternative to Back surgery
We
at BCC have the newest, most successful, and most researched computer-assisted
spinal decompression technology available. Dr. Beasley is a specialist
in
administering spinal decompressive therapy. His training includes hundreds
of hours of training in Cox and Banks decompressive techniques. We
have had great success in treating patients who were told the only
thing that would help them is surgery. We will generally see a 50-70
percent improvement in symptoms within two to three weeks in patients
whose only option is surgery. If we see this kind of response, there
is no
reason
to think we cannot get a complete resolution of the disc-related problem.
Conditions that are successfully treated include the following:
- Herniated Disc
- Degenerative Discs
- Sciatia
- Posterior Facet Syndrome
- Pre and Post Surgery
| Newly released
research proves that nonsurgical spinal decompression provides
a method for physicians to properly apply and direct the decompressive
force necessary to effectively treat discogenic disease. With the
biotechnological advances of spinal decompression, symptoms are
aleviated by subjective report in 86 percent of patients previously
thought to be surgical candidates, and mechanical function was
restored in 92 percent using objective data. Results indicate that
in treating
219 patients with MRI-documented disc herniation and degenerative
disc diseases, treatment was successful as defined by the following:
pain reduction; reduction in use of pain medications; normalization
of range of
motion, reflex, and gait; and recovery of sensory or motor loss.
Advances of spinal decompression indeed reveal
promising results in effective management of patients with disc
herniation and degenerative disc diseases. The cost for successful
nonsurgical
therapy is a fraction of the cost of that for surgery. To schedule
a no-cost consultation to see if you are a candidate for non-surgical
disc care, give us a call at (731) 286-2467. Remember, only specialists
in spinal decompression can determine if decompression is appropriate
for you.
We also get great results with neck disc related problems
where surgery may be the only other option. We have specific
cervical decompression techniques to allow great response to
our conservative treatment.
